Un-Cola
Saw this video. I had some problems with it
Misleading video: While fruit juice is probably more ideal, there are facts one needs to consider. Pomegranate juice has more sugar (13g/100g) content than coca-cola (11g/100g). Lemon juice does not detoxify the blood. The detox/cleanse myth has been debunked a million times before: “It’s criminal exploitation of the gullible man on the street and it sort of keys into something that we all would love to have – a simple remedy that frees us of our sins, so to speak. It’s nice to think that it could exist but unfortunately it doesn’t.” from my friend Edzard Ernst. Cranberry juice also has more sugar than coca-cola. So the better thing to do is eat the solid fruit as you get more nutrients. Reduce both soda and fruit juices as they can add a lot of excess sugar, but don't go overboard on the fruit as well. 3 servings a day is the ideal.
